3. Warranty & Support Claims

We are proud to offer dedicated after-sales support for our products. When submitting a warranty claim or request for a replacement:

• You must provide a valid and verifiable Amazon Order Number.
• Our concierge team reserves the right to request photographic or video evidence of the defect to process your claim.
• Approved replacements are shipped free of charge to the address you specify. We operate a strict "Zero-Return" policy for defective intimate items for hygiene reasons.

4. Prevention of Abuse
